Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are available only in the following situations:

1. Lost Orders

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund may be issued.

An order is considered lost if tracking shows no delivery confirmation after the estimated delivery window has passed.

Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery period.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, a replacement or refund may be issued.

Photo or video evidence is required

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

3. Incorrect Items

If the wrong item is received, a replacement or refund may be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not offered for:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction

Incorrect size, color, or variant selected at checkout

Normal shipping delays

Orders affected by factors outside our control (customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions)

Items that have been opened or used

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and beauty devices are non-refundable once opened or used, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns

Returns are not required.

If a refund or replacement is approved, customers may be asked to keep the item or responsibly dispose of it.
